CeMAT ASIA 2010 will Debut the Logistics Solutions & Services Pavilion

With more than ten years successful market operation, CeMAT ASIA, the most widely recognized trade fair for materials handling and transport systems, has been playing an active role in promoting logistics technological application in China and introducing specialized technology shows to facilitate the growth of the sector.

To provide better service for exhibitors and visitors, CeMAT ASIA 2010 will include a complete spectrum of logistics products into its portfolio, with the debut of the Logistics Solutions and Services Pavilion, where specialized solutions regarding ICT technology, system integration, supply chain management and the third party logistics service will be presented to the market, an extensive reflection of the development status quo of logistics technology today. At the same time, a lecture space will be reserved at the centre of the display area to provide exhibitors with an ideal environment for promotion and business talks. Also, marketing strategies tailored for individual solution and service suppliers will be developed for their interests.  

The pavilion will present products from the fields of IT solutions & software, industry consulting and logistics service, namely, system design and engineering, collaboration & visibility, enterprise resource planning (ERP), quality control and supplier audits, air freight, compliance management, warehousing and distribution, etc.

With the accelerated development of the commodity economy in China, logistics, in close connection with commerce, demands higher level of systematization and more effective scale management. More efficient logistics service solutions are therefore pursued by industry players. The newly introduced pavilion at CeMAT ASIA 2010 will attract major companies in this sector to present their most up-to-date service and solutions to visitors. During the show, events like new products release, business talks and high-quality business receptions will also be held to promote business and trade communications.

Additionally, CeMAT ASIA 2010 will also feature the special display areas for lifting equipment, automatic guiding vehicle (AGV) and AUTO-ID technology. A series of specialized seminars and conferences targeting at the fields where these technologies are applied will run in concurrency with the show, enabling experts and exhibitors from the sectors of food, medicine, retail, automobile manufacturing, clothing, general logistics and the third party logistics to hold in-depth discussions about the future trend of the industry.

CeMAT ASIA 2010 will be running from October 25 to 28 at Shanghai New International Expo Center. Over 400 exhibitors are expected to join the show and display a complete spectrum of their innovative products and technology within a display area of 30,000 sqm.
